All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Because our digital critiques are generated and delivered instantly upon payment, all purchases of £3.99 critiques or bundles are final and non-refundable unless a technical system failure prevents delivery of your critique.
When you register, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your Studio Portfolio. You must not use our service to upload images that infringe on intellectual property rights or depict explicit, illegal, or harmful content.
The critiques, scores, and roadmaps provided by the Studio Mentor are generated using advanced artificial intelligence. They are intended solely for educational, motivational, and skill-improvement purposes.
We do not guarantee that following the AI's advice will result in gallery representation, art school admission, sales, or any specific commercial success.
